it states what vitamins are in this particular vitamin water. now, to be frank, i didn't buy this for the vitamins. except maybe the vit c, as my virus has come back in worse strength. as you can see it says there is 120% of your daily vitamin c. 40% of vitamins b3, b5, b6, b12. check mark amount of vitamins a and e. and battery amount of electrolytes.very scientific stuff guys.
