THATS WHY I PICKED UP THE FUCKING PHONE. that's why i picked up the fucking phone. then when you call the number. it puts you on hold and doesn't offer you any sort of suggestion for what you're supposed to press or what it's regarding so you really have no idea. point being: MACYS SUCKS. and i don't care if they see this and fire.
